Bryan County Trade Days

Join us for a full day of community, food, and fun at our Bryan County Trade Days! We’re bringing together families and visitors from across the area to shop, eat, and enjoy a vibrant, high-traffic event.

We’re looking for amazing vendors of all kinds to help make Bryan County Trade Days an exciting, high-energy community event! 🎉 From crafts, boutiques, baked goods, vintage treasures, and unique resellers to food vendors, car clubs, inflatables, animals, informational booths, and more — we want it ALL! This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, meet new customers, grow your business, and be part of a fun, family-friendly atmosphere full of shopping, food, entertainment, and community.

Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors are responsible for carrying their own insurance.
  • Bryan County Trade Days is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, property damage, or personal injury.
  • All food vendors must be fully self-contained and meet all applicable city, county, and state food safety requirements.
  • Animal vendors must meet all city, county, and state requirments and are responsible for maintaning a clean and safe area.

Rules and Regulations

  • Vendor spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Spaces are assigned by the event coordinators. Switching spaces is not permitted without prior approval.
  • All fees are due at the time of submission.
  • This is a rain-or-shine event, unless otherwise announced. Fees are non-refundable.
  • There are a few tables and chairs available, first come first served.
  • Participation for the entire event is encouraged.
  • Canopies are allowed; however, weights are required due to Oklahoma wind conditions.
  • Pets and/or service animals are welcome as long as they are well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owner at all times.

Referrals

  • The new sign-up form now has a "Referred by" section!
  • Refer a new fellow vendor who signs up and attends one of our events, and you will receive a discount on your own registration for the next event.
