Join us for a full day of community, food, and fun at our Bryan County Trade Days!

We’re bringing together families and visitors from across the area to shop, eat, and enjoy a vibrant, high-traffic event.

We’re looking for amazing vendors of all kinds to help make Bryan County Trade Days an exciting, high-energy community event! 🎉

From crafts, boutiques, baked goods, vintage treasures, and unique resellers to food vendors, car clubs, inflatables, animals, informational booths, and more! This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, meet new customers, grow your business, and be part of a fun, family-friendly atmosphere full of shopping, food, entertainment, and community.

Spots are limited—come be part of something the community is excited about!

Vendor Requirements / Rules and Regulations

• See the Vendor Contract button below. We require this to be signed and presented to our staff no later than Event Check-In time of the event. Emailed copies prior are acceptable. These will also be available at the event.

Referrals

• The new sign-up form now has a “Referred by” section!
• Refer a new fellow vendor who signs up and attends one of our events, and you will receive a discount on your own registration for the next event.

Event Marketing Partnership

Bryan County Trade Days conducts an ongoing marketing campaign to promote all of our events, but we are also counting on you to help in this effort. Your success is our success!

• We will put you on our landing page! In the vendor registration page, there is a section to allow us to post when you register for an event. Make sure you include a link to your website or social media page. Unchecked will opt out. Also available in the Profile section.
• If you are on social media, feel free to share the upcoming event with your followers! Linking back to BryanCountyTradeDays.com or to our Facebook page is encouraged!
• Sharing the event with other vendors is always encouraged!
• Taking photos during an event and posting is also encouraged!
• Event staff may conduct mini-interviews to help promote your booth. If you prefer not to go on camera, we’ll accommodate your preferences.
