🤝 Meet the Team Behind Bryan County Trade Days

One of the things that makes Bryan County Trade Days special is that it truly is a family effort. What started as an idea has quickly grown into something much bigger, and we couldn't do it without the amazing people who help make these events happen.

To help identify our team members, all family members or anyone assisting with the event will wear official Bryan County Trade Days lanyards. If you see someone with a lanyard, feel free to stop them with questions or concerns.

Yes, we're one big, crazy, loving family—and we're incredibly thankful you're part of this journey with us!

Holly

Many of you who attended our recent events have already met Holly. Moving forward, Holly will be helping with advertising, talking with potential new vendors, onboarding new vendors, assisting with social media, and helping manage event operations. She also does a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes that many people never see.

We're also planning designated times during events when Holly will be recording photos and videos to share on Facebook and other social media platforms so everyone can see what's happening around the event. We want everyone to know when cameras may be around so you can avoid doing anything embarrassing... trust me, that advice comes from personal experience!

Jada

Our niece, Jada, will also be helping whenever her schedule allows. She helps keep us connected to the younger generation by assisting with content for Instagram, TikTok, and whatever other social media platform becomes popular next week! She brings a fresh perspective and helps us share Bryan County Trade Days with a whole new audience.

Sam (Our Oldest Son)

Our oldest son, Sam (yes, the same name as my husband), is a huge part of our team. He is an all-around go-getter and somehow manages to be everywhere at once. If you need help with something, have a question, or need to find one of us, don't hesitate to grab him.

Our Twin Boys

You may also see our 12-year-old twin boys, Micah and Moses, around the events. Somehow they already look 16 years old because they're both over 6 feet tall! They are incredible helpers, amazingly strong, and are always willing to assist vendors with moving items, unloading vehicles, or helping however they can. Feel free to ask them for assistance or ask them to find one of us.

Our Granddaughter

Our granddaughter may also be around from time to time. She and Holly make a great team creating fun event content and helping showcase activities around the grounds, including things like the train rides, kids' activities, and all the fun moments that make Trade Days special.

Sam

My husband Sam works full-time, but he is involved in Bryan County Trade Days every chance he gets. He built our website and is constantly updating, improving, and adding new features—sometimes hourly—as he comes up with new ideas or receives suggestions from vendors and attendees.

In fact, one of the newest website features came directly from a conversation about making registration easier for vendors. If you have ideas for the website or suggestions that could improve our events, please be sure to talk with him. He genuinely enjoys finding ways to make things better for everyone.

Crystal

And finally, there's me—Crystal.

Since we started Bryan County Trade Days, I've truly hit the ground running. You'll find me attending Chamber meetings, talking with clubs, organizations, businesses, community leaders, and anyone else who might help us grow while also finding ways we can support our community.

Between advertising, meetings, phone calls, social media, family life, vendor relations, and planning events, life stays pretty busy. If I happen to miss your call, text, or message, please be patient with me. I promise I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

One Big Family

Bryan County Trade Days is more than just an event—it's a family effort built on community, relationships, and a desire to create something special for Bryan County.
