Read the Vendor Contract
Please review the vendor contract for rules and guidelines. This contract must be signed and returned no later than the start of the event. It will also be available at the event check-in table. -
Select Your Event(s)
Choose the event(s) you wish to sign up for and be sure to indicate which day(s) you plan to attend. There is also a space to note any special requirements or needs you may have. -
Pay for Your Spot
At least 50% of your total booth cost is required to reserve your spot at sign-up. A payment link will be provided at the end of registration to assist with placing your deposit, and a reminder email will also be sent to your registered address.

🎉 Kids Vendor Area
We’ve decided to create a special kids’ area inside the air-conditioned portion of the building!
Our goal is to make this a fun and exciting space where kids can showcase and sell their creations— whether that’s crafts, baked goods, artwork, homemade items, or anything else they’d like to share.
🛍️ Vendor Details
- Each child vendor space will need:
- A chair
- A small table (approximately card-table size)
- 👨👩👧 Parents or caretakers are welcome to stay with their child
- ✅ A background-checked adult supervisor will also be present
⏰ Time Blocks
To keep things fun and avoid tiring the kids, we’re offering shorter shifts:
Saturday:
- 🕘 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 🕜 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
💲 Cost
$5 per time block
📌 In the special request section, please write: “Kid Area.”
